St. John's Conservatory Theater

St. John's Conservatory Theater (SJCT) is a not-for-profit company of actors, artisans, and artists. It is our vision to create educational, inspirational, and professional opportunities for local talent of all ages while presenting original musicals based on literature and legend.

The theater was founded in October 2014 and began presentations in the renovated space on the second floor of St. John's Parish House.  The growth of the company has resulted in the move of productions to the 900+ seat George Hall Theater located at the Ogdensburg Free Academy (OFA) on State Street in Ogdensburg.

Annually, the company produces 4 original musical comedies based on folklore, legend and literature utilizing the talents of local residents of all ages.

Rehersals are underway for the Mr. Scrooge:  a Dickens of a Musical with performances scheduled for 7 pm on Friday and Saturday, December 21st and 22nd with a matinee at 2 pm on Saturday, December 22nd at the OFA Auditorium.
